Elke opname is een volledige les die begint met een aanroeping
(Ohm), vervolgt met ademhalingsoefeningen, opwarmingsoefeningen en versterkende
oefeningen. Dit wordt gevolgd door yoga houdingen (asana's) die aangeleerd
worden op een systematische manier en die op het gehele lichaam inwerken
om alle systemen te versterken en te harmoniseren.
De les eindigt met een begeleide diepe ontspanning. Elke opname

Sampoorna Hatha Yoga is the fruit of the
experience of a living yoga master. Yogi Hari's peace,

A Sampoorna Hatha Yoga session is an invitation to
turn the mind inward and remind you that yoga is a spiritual
discipline. This 73 minute video/dvd contains breathing
exercises, warming up exercises and a series of beautifully
orchestrated postures that give a complete and balanced
workout. Movement and breath are synchronized to harmonize
the flow of energy and develop concentration. In final
relaxation you develop awareness of your subtle bodies.
This leads to the doorstep of meditation and to the
inner core of your being. Through this practice the
body becomes strong and healthy. Energy and mind regain
harmony. You experience strength, joy and happiness
and become more efficient in daily life

Intermediate Level 1
Welcome again to the practice of yoga.
In this class, greater emphasis is placed on breathing
with the introduction of Kapalabathi (cleansing breath)
and Anuloma Viloma (alternate nostril breathing). The
Headstand is introduced as well as variations on the
basic postures.
This complete class is a natural transition from the
Beginner's Class to a more challenging level.
By regular practice, observing proper diet and maintaining
a positive state of mind, you will enjoy radiant health
and well being and you will be better able to cope with
the daily stress. |

Intermediate Level 2
 |
Now that you have been practicing yoga
with the Beginners and Intermediate Level 1 class for
some time, you have developed proficiency and love for
this discipline.
You are now ready for the Intermediate Level 2 class.
It takes you on an adventure with your body and mind.
You will be doing more pranayama (breathing) and asanas
(postures) and experience a smooth flow from one asana
to another.
Through regular practice, observing proper diet and
maintaining a positive state of mind, you will enjoy
radiant health and well being, and you will be better
able to cope with daily stress. |
Advanced
This 2-hour session leads to deeper understanding
of the limitless science of Hatha Yoga for perfect health
and well being.
Great emphasis is placed on pranayama to achieve more
subtle levels of purification in body and mind. Experiencing
the prana will take you to a new level of inner awareness.
The asanas inspire you to strive for continuous refinement
and harmony in your body and personality.
This Video provides the challenge to keep progressing.
By developing a focused and disciplined mind, the boundless
benefits of Hatha Yoga and the infinite nature of the
Self will begin to unfold. |
