What is what?
Beginners
You never did Yoga before, but now you got curious and you
want to try it? You know that Yoga would be good for you,
but you do not really dare to go? Then the beginners classes
are perfect for you.
After a few of these classes you will be able to follow
the Open class and have a good background to start a joyful
yoga practice.
Yoga for Everybody
This is a typical Sampoorna Hatha Yoga class with Pranayama
(breathing exercises), Asana (Yoga postures) and a deep final
relaxation. In an open class different niveaus practice together.
The exercises can be done in various severity. The teacher
helps the beginners and gives suggestions to the more advanced
students. This class is good for everybody.
Yoga for 50+
These classes are for Seniors and all people who like it
calm, but who are still open for a little playful challenge.
Put aside all your sorrows and responsabilities for 90 minutes
and dedicate this time fully to yourself. In this way, you
yourself, but also all people around you benefit from yoga!
Lunchtime yoga
Yoga for ‘busy people’. A stressed mind cannot
think efficiently. Relaxed and healthy you can work wonders.
This class is perfect for all people who want to take a deep
breath and recharge for the afternoon in their lunch break.
For all levels. 60 minutes.
Advanced
This is a Sampoorna Hatha Yoga class with more challenge
and variation. You should be familiar with the basic postures
and interested in more challenging asanas and advanced breathing
exercises.
Workshop
Come home to yourself through the practice of Yoga: We go
in 'slow motion' through a standard Sampoorna Hatha Yoga class:
We practice breathing exercises, warming up and strengthening
exercises, yoga postures and deep relaxation. There is space
for all questions around yoga. For beginners and advanced
students.
Satsang
‘Sat Sangha’ can be translated as 'good company'
or 'company of truth seekers'. It is very important to meet
like-minded people regulary on the spiritual path. We sing
easy and powerful mantras accompanied by harmonium and tabla
to balance mind and emotions and to find peace. There is guided
and silent meditation and a talk about the background of Yoga.
Yogaday
On a Yoga Day (almost) all aspects of Sampoorna yoga are
practiced:
• Hatha Yoga: Open classes for all levels.
Breathing exercises, warming up and strengthening exercises,
Yoga postures and guided relaxation.
Beginners and advanced students are welcome and will enjoy
from the harmonious flowing unique style of Yogi Hari’s
approach to Hatha Yoga.
• Meditation: Introduction and silent meditation.
Move determined towards the state of highest concentration
and creativity by turning the mind inwards into the silence.
• Mantra Chanting: Easy, powerful and mind charming
chants.
Chanting is the repetitive singing of mantras, vibrational
manifestations of aspects of the Divine. It is a very effective
and beautiful method to concentrate the mind and to purify
the heart.
• Jnana Yoga: Philosophical background. Lecture, questions
and answers.
An ounce of practice is more worth than tons of theory, but
every practice has to be done without superstition and with
proper understanding and objective. Yogic Philosophy is always
directly applicable to our daily life and spiritual practice.
