yoga?
Most people start to practice yoga because of physical health
problems such as back pain or because of their yearning to
lead a more relaxed, happier life. The usual way is taking
one or two classes per week in a yoga studio. Almost everybody
feels the healing, relaxing and energizing effects of practicing

Shri Yogi Hari, living in Florida, USA, studies and teaches
yoga since over 40 years. His approach to yoga, anchored in
the lineage of Master Sivananda, is called Sampoorna Yoga,
